ANNUAL AHEPA FLORIDA LEGISLATIVE DAY

This is an opportunity for all Floridian AHEPA members to visit Tallahassee to gain awareness of the Florida legislative process and provide time to meet face to face with their respective legislators.

This will also provide an opportunity to educate our legislators on the AHEPA chapters throughout our great state and to bring to their attention the good works of the AHEPA family and its mission.

We will attend committee meetings/sessions of the house and senate as available. Handouts for distribution to the legislators and their offices will be provided to each attendee. Appointments will be made with your state representatives and state senator offices for this day. A meeting schedule packet will be provided to you.

The AHEPA Lycurgus Chapter 12 of Tampa is handling the logistics for the event. A breakfast and evening dinner/reception will be held on the day of the legislative day. A hotel for both Thursday and Friday nights will be coordinated. Individuals are responsible for their own transportation.
